    Amici is a small, grassroots organization. We rely on the generosity of volunteers to ensure that our program and events run smoothly. By giving countless hours of their time, talents and commitment, volunteers play a key role in our success. There are many ways you can make a difference by volunteering with Amici this year.

    We are happy to provide students with a volunteer certificate to count towards community service hours.

Please follow the instructions below to submit your event details:

1.   Fill out the information below to the best of your ability. An Amici representative will contact you after you’ve submitted your information to discuess further details of your event.

2.   In order for Amici Camping Charity to issue tax receipts for your event, you must complete the proposed budget as well as provide a full accounting after your event. Please discuss this with your Amici contact to learn more about CRA Guidelines. Please upload the Event Account Summary below, and email to info@amicicharity.org:

3.   Please note that the following events are regulated by the Gaming Services Act (GSA): Bingos, Raffles, Monte Carlos/Casinos, 50/50 Draws & Alcohol Permits and will require a License. If needed, please allow at least 10 weeks to process liquor and gaming applications, which fall under the community event organizers responsibility. Please notify the Amici Camping Charity office if you are applying for liquor or gaming applications. If your event requires a liquor license, please view the Special Occasion Permit (SOP) details provided below:
